Shipping and delivery

There is no Minimum order limit. Delivery charges may differ according to area and are measured by the metric and weight of the product. Charges will be applied at the time of order dispatch.
UK Mainland:-FREE delivery up to 799 pounds +VAT UK highlands: free delivery over 1000 pounds +VAT Northern Island FREE delivery over 799pounds +VAT Republic of Island FREE delivery over 1000 pounds +VAT The FREE delivery services are unavailable in some parts of the Scottish highlands, Scottish islands, channel islands and Sure islands. If your order exceeds the free limit, then you will be required to pay an additional amount. The orders that exceed free delivery are calculated and can be viewed at the time of dispatch.

Delivery time

The orders booked before 10 AM will be delivered in 1 to 3 days, but those booked after noon, at weekends or on a gazetted holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. They will be delivered according to the following schedule: The UK mainland will take 1- three days and 3-5 days to deliver to the Scottish islands, northern islands, the Republic of Island, Channel Island, and Sure Island. Ensure to provide proper information when placing the order because the order will be delivered only to the given address. If you want to add additional information like time adjustment or delivering orders on weekends at the time of dispatch, write it down in notes. Note that additional delivery services may be charged separately. If you do not receive your order, it will be returned to us, and redelivery will be charged. If you want to make any emergency requests, then call us because we take time to respond to your emails

Order tracking

We allow you to track orders. When you place an order, we issue you a tracking ID that allows you to see its status.

Damage claim

In case you receive a damaged product, take a screenshot and write it on the delivery note in the presence of the driver and contact our helpline. We will provide you with an alternate product, but if we do not have an alternate product, then we will return the amount of that product. First, we will conduct an investigation to cross-check if the fault is at our end, and then we will provide you with a replacement product or refund you. It may take some time, and no replacement or refund will be given before the completion of the investigation.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, no cancellation requests will be entertained after the order is dispatched.
